The RB4300 Maximum Security RoadBlade tyre shredding system is designed for mobile or permanent applications providing rugged and dependable performance for your perimeter security needs. Our GSA approved commercial, off-the-shelf force protection equipment provides detachments or installations a complete vehicle access control package, whether it is for on-base use or field operations. The RB4300, a mobile, deployable system, is an excellent solution for military quick deployments such as checkpoint security, roadblocks, and traffic management, or for installations that are planning changes to their access roads.
RB4300 System consists of:
4 Mil spec portable cases - these watertight cases allow the system to be transported or stored for rapid deployments to off site remote applications.
Redesigned portable power supply - smaller, lighter, and water resistant housing provides a safe environment for electronic parts.
Heavy duty actuator box - capable of withstanding harsh environments.
Traction spikes - removable spikes under each blade module grip asphalt and dirt road surfaces preventing the system from moving during temporary deployments.
Remote 2 or 4-button pendant - allow user to activate the system from distances up to 15.2m/50 feet.
Optional wireless radio remote - further removes operator from the system up to 54.8m/180 feet. Also provides secondary activation device.(Optional extra)
Daisy chain cable - connects multiple RB4300 and RB4400 systems for wider security coverage.
Logic box - removes electronics from the ground and provides multiple connections to integrate other security systems or another RoadBlade system to provide wider perimeter security protection.
