RB4100 Manual RoadBlade

The Manual RoadBlade tyre shredder requires no electricity to activate the blades. It is activated by pressing down on a foot pedal. A spring will release and the blades will be in the active (up) state. Manual RoadBlades are ideal for deployments where a power supply is unavailable or limited.

There are eight critical benefits the RB4100 tyre shredder can bring to your personnel.

  1. Manual RoadBlade tyre shredders requires no electricity, therefore power outages are not an issue.
  2. The Manual RoadBlade's activation lever can be left in a locked position, either up or down, allowing the user to temporarily move from their location.
  3. The Manual RoadBlade's activation lever is located comfortably waist high, allowing the user to maintain eye contact of the oncoming vehicle at all times.
  4. The Manual RoadBlade will allow the user to have one hand free during activation or deactivation of the system.
  5. The Manual RoadBlade will not put your user in a crouched position during activation or deactivation of the system.
  6. The Manual RoadBlade will remain active and stay in its original position should multiple threat vehicles run over the system.
  7. The Manual RoadBlade will not need to have blades replaced after a threat vehicles tyres are destroyed, keeping it ready for an attack from a second vehicle.
  8. The Manual RoadBlade is capable of withstanding constant traffic volumes.
